Using these will be almost impossible.
it's a shame in a way since if these had been slightly bigger, they would have been more usable.
Even trying to view these from a design point of view will be difficult because it so microscopic to see fair enough if that what you were going for.
make them a bit bigger would be my advice if you're going to improve this set.
The hotspots seem fine but it's hard to tell and I would recommend using animations for busy and working in background cursor roles.

So... people hate tinier cursors now?? (I made a set similar to this that is marked "top rated")
Anyways, I do see the issue. There surely are pixels inside the cursor, but some of these are basically invisible using the default size. You'd have to use a bigger cursor size to even see them. I remember when I made my tiny sets, I make sure at least one pixel is showing on the default size so they're somewhat usable.

How are you supposed to use this? The cursor’s so small it gets lost on the screen really easily.
