It says something like "missing or invalid cursor file" I don't understand what could be the issue since I'm certain it's a .cur type. Could anyone help me?

Cannot uplaod cursor set

When I am uploading cursor set it shows 500 error how do I fix? I try clearing browser cache and cookies and some another stuff it's still not working.
