The only Paint-made icon is "cool_pointer".
I'm not downloading. Sorry. 😞
the circle busy and the busy cursors have their hot spots a little bit off. The puppy looks hand-drawn and I don't know where the hot spot is supposed to be. If it's in the middle, its very hard to navigate like that. I recommend you attach a small vista arrow to the upper left of the puppy with the hot spot clearly there.
