cursor resizing

Is there a way to resize the canvas. I've seen cursors that are larger than 32 and 48 pixels but have not seen a resize feature.

I've seen larger canvases, is there a way to resize the canvas?

I made the link select look like it's nubby hand. As for this "garbage", I was let down that no one made scp cursors, so I decided to be the first.
