The glow set sounds similar to a set I have already made, cursor-set/red-spikes and the circle expands from the pointer when you press ctrl (It's on mouse properties somewhere)

Red Triangles Cursor Set

I asked a friend what his favourite colour and shape, and if he wanted the cursor to be 3D or not.

The file might be corrupted, the same happened to some of the software on my website, I'm trying to sort it at the moment.

Linear - lines Conical - Cones Radial - Circles Something along those lines

Try changing the name of the cursor set, if that doesn't work; send me a email with it (I'll put your name on it and also a link to your user)

I'm doing shapes at the moment, it's easier than waiting for somebody to give me a good idea.

I'm not good enough to make detailed cursors, but I can make 3D and animated ones anyway
