4 ★ Good, but some cursors need a hotspot fix. Also, I didn't even know if Microsoft made 3D hands, it would be the recolored version of the original Link cursors and not the one wearing blue clothes!

LG webOS Cursor Set

Cursors from newer LG TVs. Credits to LG Electronics and LG Group for the original cursors. The hotspots are inaccurate! I can't edit hotspot on a smartphone and the computer is broken. Sorry!

5 ★ Not just until Windows XP! You can use the classic cursor on every Windows except for BYTE Demo to 3.11. Also very good cursors.

Pen Windows

Hello. I want the Windows for Pen Computing cursors so much. I can't extract from PENWIN.DLL because I don't know how to use Python. The CMD method just copies the DLL instead of uncompressing. So, can you share the Pen Windows cursors? Thanks.
