In Windows/386 and Windows/286 2.xx series, I found htis cheesy icon. It is from Paint executable asking to save the image file (question) icon. Captured using Snip & Sketch on Windows 10, Windows/386 running on PCjs Machines.

I was tested to install MS-DOS 6.22 ON HERE: https://www.pcjs.org/machines/pcx86/compaq/deskpro386/vga/4096kb/machine.xml. Also I needed to install things also needed: Windows 3.1 and PC speaker driver[https://archive.org/details/win31pcspeakerdriver].

I like MS-DOS 6.22 installed on PCjs. I only give it in DeskPro 386 emulation on PCjs Machines.

I found this weird computer virus: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vlfrRIWYamQ. It drops a cursor file called file.cur. This file is descripted in the video. This virus also changes your mouse cursor in the registry (as descripted), but the virus also have to drop in C drive our your desired system drive.
