Aside actions needing a min.karma, we can do this : once it reaches a certain value (150 methinks), in the Relax>Workshop section an extra clickable button pops up, it reads "excrete". At the cost of 50 karma, the user can get a blob worth 10 karma. It can be sold on the market. I've seen 3 price tags thus far : 150, 125, 111⚉.
